I see one file submitted by the user (Peter mentioned this to me), at 10:26 this morning, that is in “\\10.96.1.199\utl_file_dir\archive”, has not arrived at “\\hkgedi2\edi\zimhkg\mfc2sap\data\out\archive” yet, please advise.

 Also these below!

The main problem is: one column with several lines (in Crystal) will become one line when being changed to Excel format. But there's no problem at all when changing that to Acrobat format.

I've checked that file Peter mentioned, has not arrived at "\\***\edi\data\out" yet. Then I copy his file and put it again to "\\10.99.9.199\folder_dir", for reloading it. After few minutes, the file has gone to "***" and has informed Peter this.

I CHECKED THE file THAT/WHICH Peter mentioned, IT HAD NOT ARRIVED at "\\***\edi\data\out" yet. Then I COPIED and put it again to "\\10.99.9.199\folder_dir", IN ORDER TO RELOAD IT. After few minutes, the file WAS gone to "***" and I SUBSEQUENTLY informed Peter  ABOUT this.
