John got ahead of everybody in the company. He was hired as assistant to Jane, who was a construction director. He had never worked in a construction company before. His job was very demanding. Every day he was responsible for getting coffee and breakfast for her, he had to set up many appointments, and he had to answer very phone call. Sometimes he did not even have time to go to the restroom. After a few months, he had a good understanding of the company and of his work, and he was more efficient than the person he had replaced.
