*******Motivation Letter *********

Dear Ms. Tromp Meesters,

I am writing to apply for a position of Management Assistant, as advertised on the www. Ttttttttt .com website which I am registered to.

During my University years I started working as a part- and fulltime Assistant of Doctor. J. Ramon in the Sagrado Corazon Clinic in Seville. After finishing my education I found a job as a Communications and Marketing Assistant at St-Jude Medical City.
This international company which is specialized in medical devices gave me the chance to strengthen myself and allow me to gain some useful insight by working close with people from different levels. During the 2 years working at this company I had to opportunity to work abroad at the Country office which was situated in City I Apply.
I really enjoyed and learned a lot of my time spent there. I got to know Country and the way of working in another country. In the meantime I found happiness on a personal level with someone living in Country and so time has come to decide and look further into the future. This is why today I am also looking for a new challenge on a professional level.

I am familiar with the COMPANY BRAND building from my time in City I Apply and was impressed by the international opportunities provided by your company on their website. I feel I have a range of relevant skills that I can bring to COMPANY NAME. My communication skills have greatly developed both trough my work experience and trough my degree. During my professional career I have not only attended congresses, but frequently organized all accommodation, access and travel to all of these events. By being involved in various activities I quickly learnt the importance of time management. This was always reflected in my daily work.

In addition to my growing administrative knowledge, I can offer many skills gained from my studies, work and other activities, for example;

  • dealing professionally with a wide range of people;
  • working enthusiastically and productively under pressure;
  • clear, concise writing for different contexts;
  • working in a variety of teams and on my own initiative;
  • overcoming obstacles and negotiating for the support I need.

I hope my CV shows that I have the skills and potential which you are searching for.  I am available for interview at any time and look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
