my name is Satriyo, I,m from Indonesia. right now I'm in the final year as a medical student, in the next 2 months hopefully I'll be a doctor. I have a problem, sinec I'm also a part-time english teacher, many of my friends have asked to be given a lesson about medical english, especially about presentation and discussion. can anybody help me please? just for your information, most of my friends are pharmacist. so they are not just curious about medical english, but also the doctor as well. if you happen to have any information, please contact me thank you

I'm completely confused by this post.  You're an English teacher?  You need help so that you can help some of your doctor-friends make presentations?  Is that correct?

Is it you have looked at the UK, University of Bath UBELT project? They make English language testing of medical professionals, aswell Pharmacists, who are to work in UK. They give suggestions and sample material. This test is only test written for Pharmacists.

Dear Satriyo

I have taught a few overseas trained doctors/nurses/occupational therapists etc, and they are all preparing for their IELTS or OET exam here in Australia, so I know of some tutors who could meet you online and continue to help you - anyway you can contact me privately if you want some more information.

Thanks

Ruth
