Governments around the world are spending billions in support of space programs.(to support space programs) This money would be better spent on research into improvements in human health.(It would be better if this money were spent on researches on improving human health)     

To what extent do you agree or disgree with this opinion?    

These days, almost countries around the world are in globalisation era.(These days almost all countries around the world are in a time of globalisation.I am not sure of in a time of globalisation)Most of them are competing in order to invest in the developing inventions and technologies for money,(Most of them are in competition with each other in order to invest ...) but they does not pay enough budget for citizens health.(but they dont spend enough money on their citizens' health) There are some agreements on this topic but some disagreements too.(Though there are some agreements on this topics there are disagreements too)       

    First of all, one agreement for government should pay more budget in health segments is that their citizens deserve to get better quality of life ;(First of all, governments should spend more money on health segments because citizens deserve to have a better life quality.) doctors and scientists should have a chance to develop the basis knowledgement of human need such as brand - new medicines, recent vaccination and organ transplantation etc.(doctors and scientists should have more chance to develop the basic knowledge of human needs such as brand-new medicines, organ transplantation and recent vaccinations) For instance, there would be neccessary to improving and finding antiretroviral drugs for HIV infected patients quickly. As a result of concerning in human being, paying more budget in health research would improve human health.(To give an example, it should be easier to find antiretroviral drugs for HIV infected patients.As a result of concernig human health and paying more budget for health researches, the quality of life will improve inevitably.)    

Apart from above, space programs may be the nearest future of humanity.(Secondly,apart from these, the developing of the space programs should be accelerated For example , we sent sattlelite to promoting our convenient lives such as, communicating overseas, knowing the latest current news from others continent and agreeing overseas commercial.(.....to promote more convenient life such as being able to communicate with the countries all around the world and .....from other countries and developed commercial agreements between countries) As well as this(these) , we also sent space crafts and astronaut(s) to explore the space to finding a new place to live(to find new places to live on and sources of energy to create engines so that with the help of these humans will have a better and more comfortable life than 20 years ago )        

However, the space programs have many advantages for human but it consume enormous of money and if we cannot find anything from outer space; we may be waste it up. Besides, the developed country ,which have plenty of money, should play an important role to helping the developing countries for public benefits.  (However, space programs have disadvantages as well as they have advantages .The problem is that it requires  much more money and source of energy than we can find)The other sentences are irrelated with this paragraph        

In conclusion, even though the space programs supply a major benefit to almost all people and a way of trade around the world ; new hope for humanity for another sattlements. I think that improving in human basis requirement such as human health , have more fascinating advantages for investment.

This money would be better spent on research into improvements in human health.;You state this sentence which means you should support this idea in your following paragraphs but you dont do this.You seem as if u were dubious about this.I corrected the grammatical mistakes of your sentences but I am afraid you should compose a new essay following my suggestions.You tell that they do not pay enough budget for citizens health. There are some agreements on this topic but some disagreements but agreements and disagrements aren't so open. You tell us much more about disagreements so where are the agreements?
