I am applying canadian PR.So I need a letter for proof of language profficiency..........For your info.....I hav completed degree

and I hav 9years of Software exp.......worked in US for 4years.........

Hi,

Sorry, I really don't know what would be acceptable. It seems to me that a letter proves nothing about your speaking ability. Nor does it even prove your writing ability, since you may have asked someone else to write it for you.
