Dear Mr Smith;

I’m writing this letter to express my sincere apologies if I get you offended regarding my act for not informing you directly regarding my decision to decline from the job offer of your company. Actually I’m about to response to your email when somebody from your company called me during that time. I’m expecting he will convey to the concern person or officers what was transpire during the telephone conversation with him. For your information, I am not totally declining the offer I told that I can not accept the offer at this time as I’m still committed to my company. 1 to 3 months joining time is not possible at this moment. Hope in your next recruitment you will still consider me again as an applicant.

I would like to take this opportunity also to express my gratitude for offering me a job offer from a prestigious company like jan-asher consultancy.
