It is mostly good.

The second sentence should be changed to "put the wrong name on your Athens account."or "entered the wrong name when I created your Athens account."

I hope this helps

omg

Are these two sentences correct? If yes, what does it mean?

Thank your for your email.  I am very sorry that I 'used' the wrong name to create your Athens account.  I have modified your account and enclose your new username and password.  If you have any more trouble accessing your account, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

You should not send an separate email with the username and pasword.  So, I deleted the fact that you 'sent an email' and your request that the reader 'check his email'  The reader knows you sent him an email because he is reading it!!   Include the username in password in the apology email.

NOTE:  The difference in prepositios and verb forms in these examples...

Use (noun) to (verb)                         Used the wrong name to create

Put (noun) (preposition) (place)         Put the wrong name in the name field when creating your account

Enter (noun) (preposition) (place)      Entered the wrong name in the name field when creating your account

Enter (noun) when (verb~ing)           Entered the wrong name when creating you account
