Hello,

I am applying for a job, by e-mail, and even though they asked a short letter, this was the shortest I wrote. I would like if someone please correct it for me. I am not a native english speaker and it is important that I do not apply with any language error on it. As much as possible, please consider British. I also appreciate tips to improve it. Thank you so much.

It goes as followed:

Dear Sirs,

My name is "me", I am "nationality" and fascinated by the Scandinavian countries. Therefore, I would like very much to move to Norway.

I have a Degree in 'Sciences of Communication – Marketing, Public Relations, Advertisements and Journalism' and I worked for several years managing different tasks at different levels in the organization. I also have a good understanding of tasks related to HR as I was supporting it.

In the past years I have not limited myself to the fulfilment of the job demands on me. I have been keeping abreast of my educational background, by improving my languages skills and by taking a post-graduated programme on Management of Systems of Quality (ISO 9000:2001).

I consider myself to be hard-working and motivated and I believe I have good organisational and technical skills.

Once I appreciate challenges and I consider myself able and, as much as capable, extremely motivated I am writing to apply for the position of Management Assistant. I am applying for it because I identify myself with the profile and I perfectly fulfil the requested attributes as you can see on the CV I am sending to you.

I would be grateful if you would consider my application. Please contact me for any further information that you require.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to your reply.

Best of regards,
