As detailed below, I have to give my appreciation and comments on my attendence to the summit. Would you please check, add, delete or change in order to get a good feedback ( strengthen the vocabulary seems to be also important: I mean chose better words).

Thanks to All.

Dear ***,

I appreciated the oppotunity this event gave me, even I had only one interview with *** {Company name} for a position in *** {Country name} as a Field Engineer which I found interesting; and late in the previous week I recieved an e-mail from *** {Country name} asking for an electronic copy of my resume since they already had a hard copy during the summit.

As I have already enrolled in a business course (for 18 months) here in London, it is not possible for me to move out and I was actually looking for future opportunity, identifing what is offred in in the job-market in my field.

It was the first time I attended this summit and I would like to thank you for all efforts you put on to make it really successeful for both companies and candidates and I hope get other oppotunities next year when I will have finished my course.

Yours sincerely,

Subject: Careers *** UK 2007 - Appreciation & follow up
Date: Mon, 21 May 2007 14:48:19 +0100

Dear Candidate,

Thank you for your recent attendance at our Careers *** UK Recruitment Summit; we trust that you had a positive experience. With 100 companies in attendance this was the largest recruitment event for *** worldwide and company delegates provided very complementary feedback. The event was extremely successful, largely due to the excellent blend of skills and talent possessed by attending candidates like you. Many of you have already notified us of the job offers you received as a result event and we sincerely encourage all of you to continue to inform us of your interview outcomes, as you receive feedback.

We would appreciate it very much if you could spend a couple of minutes to answer the following questions:

1. Did you have any follow up interviews after the event? If yes, with which company and where?

2. Have you received any job offers as a result of attending the Careers *** Summit? If yes, from which company and what is the position?

3. Please give us any other feedback you have following the event.

We would also like to assure you that although we are not directly involved in the offer stage between yourself and our clients, we absolutely do our best to encourage our clients to finalise their decisions in an efficient manner.  Because there is quite a large amount of variation in individual client hiring practices and timelines, there is no fixed period before an offer is made. That said, we encourage you (as we would with any job interview) to keep in touch with your interview contacts based on the arrangements made during your discussions with them.

We do appreciate your feedback and hope that through the Careers ***, you and our clients have found a good match in each other.

Kind regards,

 *** Manager

Dear ***,

It was the first time I attended this summit and I would like to thank you for all efforts you put in to make it really successful for both companies and candidates

I appreciated the opportunity this event gave me, even I had only one interview with *** {Company name} for a position in *** {Country name} as a Field Engineer, which I found interesting; and late in the previous week [???last week] I received an e-mail from *** {Country name} asking for an electronic copy of my resume since they already [had collected/received] a hard copy during the summit.

As I have already enrolled in a business course (for 18 months) here in London, it is not possible for me to move out and I was actually looking for future opportunity, identifing what is offred in in the job-market in my field. As I have just enrolled on a business course in London, which lasts for 18 months, I was unable to benefit from this summit, but it was useful in identifying what is available in my field. I hope to get other further opportunities next year when I will have finished my course.

Yours sincerely,
