"Burk" or "berk" is shortened rhyming slang for "Berkeley Hunt" - bet your auntie from Boroondara doesn't know that.

Neither do I.

What I know is that you've been misquoting me all over the place.

You are apparently outraged that I placed Bollito, the four times (at the moment) pregnant girl along with Josef Mengele and other people I do not have any respect for.

I do not feel any respect for that woman, and I do not feel any respect for Josef Mengele (already mentioned by Alexa, I think). I do not feel any respect for the "humanity and /or dignity" of a serial killer, a rapist, a pimp who buys and forces children to prostitute, a drug dealer.

Forgive me if I find it a little harsh to find a silly girl (even one who does not look after her children) bracketed with the others you mention.

There are lots of people that do not deserve any respect or consideration. Corrupt politicians and corrupt policemen, for instance. But that is a different issue.

However, you are right there. I should not have placed them together.

Bollito is a human being with no intelligence.

Josef Mengele, a rapist, a drug dealer, a murderer, a pimp are not human beings. They are vermin.

A dog is prose. A cat is poetry.

I am not quite sure I understand your point. I gave a definition of intelligence and taking each point asked Alexa how she considered that the pregnant girl was less intelligent than a chimpanzee.

And why should you ask Alexa? What has she to do with my example?

If you were asking her to confirm your point of view, I'm afraid you should have asked another person.

Judging from what she wrote, she wouldn't agree with you. She's been all the time on Stannum's side.

I was the one who mentioned the pregnant girl, and have already given my answer point by point according to the Wikipedia definition of intelligence.

Are some animals more intelligent than some humans?

NO. Impossible ! Animals are using their sense, or what they learned from their lives, BUT never never get smarter than human, we know that only human has brain and ability to think, to do logical calculations, to make decisions, to create complicated things from simple one's, but animals do what they did either by teaching of human or by the environment..

Well, if a child learns nothing from other humans and is just put in front of a television from the day that they are born, never learns to speak, whose needs are satisfied just enough for the child to survive, that child will turn out never to be able to "do logical calculations, to make decisions, to create complicated things from simple one's". will the child be human or animal? Is there a difference at all?
