Please tell me which is correct:

"Calibrated Test, Measurement and Diagnostic equipment ARE maintained through.........." vs

"Calibrated Test, Measurement and Diagnostic equipment IS maintained through........"

The first part (Calibrated test, measurement and Diagnostic) are adjectives describing the equipment and with Equipment (which is uncountable) we use IS
