From outside, it looks just like a box. Inside it has an excellent business idea.  

Not just a box but an excellent business opportunity - this is not a sentence: no subject and no verb.

 

Wiring your business to growth like never before - same.

Incidentally, you may wish to look at this article Phrase, Clause and Sentence. It may help you to distinguish betweem a phrase or clause from a sentence.
