Do i have to use infinite article a:

Notice of Acceptance of A Case

It is the title of a notice issued by a court telling people that it has decided to accept a case  (as you may know, sometime the court will refuse to take over someone's case if he or she does not have a good reason to sue someone else) and try the case.

any comment is welcome.

I would think that a court is usually specific enough to include the case number/ID in the subject.

If the case number/ID is there, then the article 'a' is not needed.

e.g.  Notice of Accpetance of Case A99999
