Hi,
I think in the first sentence the is required by the following restrictive clause, "you have contacted."
As for the second sentence, I THINK, prices are possible and can be recommended because any puppies mean a few among many of the puppies and not necessary just one.
My Q:
Can I say, "Do you have any puppy available? and if you do, what are their colors and prices."
Is the sentence "Do you have any puppy available?" means just any one puppy and not a few among many puppies, and the writer is asking in a nonchalant way (ie, not caring much about what he will get)?
To me, the sentence "Do you have any puppies availble" doesn't flow smoothly, I would rephrase it.
