Hi,
Could someone pls tell me if the sentence "As regards the exact topic of my paper, it has not been set yet" is correct? I have doubts whether the second clause fits well with the first one...

As regards/concerning/with respect to/in respect of content, we haven't filled it yet.

As regards/concerning/with respect to/in respect of our car, it is still broken.

As regards/concerning/with respect to/in respect of the spectacular view of mountains, I should agree I have never seen such beautiful nature.
