Hi.

Thanks for taking time out of your precious day to read this.

At the moment i am studying A-Level ICT and i need a end-user. But this requires me writing a letter to a company asking for permission to use their system and also asking to have time with them to do an interview, and i have NO IDEA WHERE TO START!!!

I was wonder if you have any idea of how to start a letter.
