At a high of 135 meters, this office building is the tallest in our town.

Hi,
Is it correct to view "At a high of ..." in the above as "As high as 135 meters ...?" Thanks.

The original is wrong.  It should read 'at a height of'.  Your paraphrase is wrong; it suggests that the building's height fluctuates.

Thanks, Mister.
Yes, the original is wrong but it's my typo.
But I'm still confused. How could the building's height fluctate? Isn't it fixed?

It can't-- that's why I said that your paraphrase is wrong.

Thanks, Mister.
To make sure, does "at a height of 135 meters ... " amount to "Having a height of 135 meters ...?"
