I've been to a couple of exceedingly fancy restaurants where the prices were not included on the menus.  "If you need to ask, you can't afford to eat there."

Actually, I've been to some restaurants where the prices weren't listed but it was because they didn't haeve menus :)

If you are on a night out with a date who takes you to a restaurant that offers you a menu without prices

on the entrée,  There are only 2 viable options: 1) enjoy the evening and be prepared for an unforgettably expensive

evening, or 2) Find an excuse to quietly slip out of the restaurant with your date who may not want to

see you again. (:D) Big Smile

What would you say "if you want to know the prices for individual items"?

Thanks

Hi,

What would you say "if you want to know the prices for individual items"?

In a restaurant? What do you mean by individual items?  Please give a few examples.

Best wishes, Clive
