By saying, "Sorry, I do not have the time. My contribution  to this thread is over" you are making me more confused.

If you cannot produce the relevant part from the website, it doesn't prove anything. We discuss and learn from one another, don't we?

Yes, but I don't like going on for ever, and you seem to like that. No problem. But not my choice. If you want to find that information at that site, you'll find it.

I don't enjoy going on for ever. But to save time for other members, you should produce the relevant part if it strengthens your point of view. I've always produce relevant parts from websites to prove what I assert. I hope you understand my point of view.

Hi YL,

The money thing was not aimed at you as a calling to account, MArius. It  was not aimed at anybody.
Besides, I know you are not a  moderator.

What is the difference between the three sentences? I believe #2 and #3 have the same meaning.

These two are currently interchangeable in meaning in Standard English, and the verbs in the clauses they introduce may now be either indicative, as in He looked as if [as though] he was going to cry, or subjunctive, as in He looked as if [as though] he were going to cry, apparently without effect on level. I have a vague recollection of somebody's mentioning it before.

No cash. But we get to take home all the left-over prepositions and adverbs at the end of the day.

You can have all the leftover adverbs except these two:

sexily

wealthily *** Stick out tongue [:P]

(If you can find some leftover nouns like "diamonds" or "gold", please save them for me.)

I've never criticised Marius. I often thank him for the answers he provided. But he said that I enjoyed going on for ever. I don't. What I want is to get to the bottom of things. Sometimes it takes a long time and I prefer to get the correct thing than pretend that I agree or understand. I also advised Marius to produce the revelant part/s of the website so that it is easier for forum readers. I myself always produce relevant parts for forum members to illustrate my point.

I've high regard for Marius and several other forum members. I hope Marius understand my point.
