...,the benefits over the following twelve months included savings of up to 1 m (pounds) and a clear improvement in management skills and  (attitudes      trust        views) towards cross-cultural teams.

The correct answer is "attitudes".

I understand that

the benefits included (1)saving up to 1 m pounds and (2) a clear improvement in management skills and attitudes towards cross-cultural teams.

I wonder if "trust" can be used. Thank you for your opinions.

No, 'trust' is not synonymous with 'attitudes'.

But "views" can be. While "attitudes" fits more naturally, I don't see why "views" would be wrong. As I missing something?

The only thing I can think of is that 'view' doesn't collocate quite as well with 'towards' as 'attitude' does.

"attitudes towards" and "views on"?

I could buy that.

Not enough to consider it wrong, though, to use "views" -- just that "attutudes" is a better choice. Do you agree?
