I summarized the expressions that can mean to give sb. the authority or right to do sth. as follows:

1. delegate the authority to sb. to do sth.

2. confer upon sb. the authority to do sth.

3. authorize sb. to do sth.

4. enpower sb. to do. sth.

5. vest sb. with the authority to do sth.

could someone kindly check for me whether all of the above are correct structures?

tks

All correct.

Worth noting though that you can also

vest sb. with the power to do sth.
