Hello, I'm trying to understand that word. Very odd, but a woman asked:"what kind of car is the small car?" and he replys: "azu why sugar".Surprise
It seems a car of the 60's. Does anybody know?

Hi Anon

I don't hear the word 'sugar' at all in that brief audio clip, but I do hear the word 'Simca'.
Simca

As to what the "azu why" part might be, perhaps someone who knows more about Simcas can guess.

Uh, it's a white Simca!

That's what I think he says. I have to admit I would not have understood if Amy hadn't mentioned Simca, because I didn't know what a Simca was. Also, I wouldn't have understood completely if I hadn't read the previous sentence, that is the context you provided. Without context, I heard this, in IPA: ɐz ə waɪ(t) sɪmkɐ

That t in parenthesis indicates I heard a kind of stop and I figured there was an unvoiced consonant that  was not released. I figured out it was a T from the context.... white. After reading your context, what kind of car? Uh, it's a white Simca!Said pretty fast -> IPA: ɐ (ɪ)ts waɪ(t) sɪmkɐ
