Seriously, Trusted Users don't perform any special functions, as far as I know. Yes, they usually help, but everyone can help here, actually. And they are not so trusted, after all. If they were really trusted, they would have, say, the key to the room where there are the servers... lol Well, I just remembered that they can send PMs and they have an avatar. Nothing more than that, I guess. So the only cool thing about being a TU could be the fact of having an avatar... lol. We can already send PMs to mods, admins, TUs, if we need something.

PS: I was forgetting... that said, if someone wants to become a TU, there's no way to become one, I think. Admins, moderators and TUs decide to promote someone every once in a while, but it's only their decision and it doesn't depend on, say, number of posts or language skills, etc.
