Becoming a TEFL teacher

Hey everyone,
I want to become a TEFL teacher, but I'm not exactly sure how to do that:
*) Does CELTA/TESOL courses teach you enough in order to become a good English teacher and get a job in the field (I don't have any teaching experience)? If not - where should I learn/ Should I take additional courses?
*)Which type of course would you recommend me to do: CELTA/TESOL/other ?
*)I'm not a native speaker, but have a very good level of English (almost as a native speaker) . Do you think there's a market in Europe for teachers like me?
