Do you know of any? Preferably with both AmE and BrE pronunciation.

Anything by Peter Ladefoged might help.  His interest is in the sound patterns of all languages, but his books often contain sections on English phonetics.  He is known for his ability to mimic hundreds of sounds from many languages, including the click languages of Africa.  Somewhere on the internet I've seen that there was an audio of him doing just about all the sounds in the IPA.

The Sound Pattern of English (Chomsky and Halle) is a classic (AmE) but too theoretical and historical.

Try Googling.  You'll find quite a lot of things.
