I'm curious. English is my second language, and I would like to know how everyone here thinks is the best way to learn English. What's the preferred technique, etc. Help me out please Smile [:)].

Hi there ,

From my point of view, English has become a worldwide spoken language so it's the easiest language to be learnt as we deal with English on daily life.

I remember three years ago I was unable to speak English I mean not even one sentence .

I haven't done any course it was just self-study .

I advise English learners to watch English movies with subtitle in English so that you hear the words as you see them .

There are numerous ways of learning English. Of course, watching movies is really good. Then it is very effective to read books written in English. Speaking about different video-courses, I can't recommend them.

If you find that listening to radio is boring, why dont you try watching TV (cable TV, for example)?

hi there...english is also my second language. Firstly, you can improve your english by attending an english course in your city. I think it will help a lot instead of self study. Like everyone else also said, by listening western songs, radio, and watch movies are also a good ways to improve your ability to speaking, hearing, and pronounce the words correctly.

Currently, I also still try to improve my english, that's why I join this english forumWink [;)]
