I am a boy and I am  not so mind about my weight.I do some sport just for fun or make me look strong enough.

usually I'd like to play football in the morning if the weather is good enough. In my rest time ,if I'm boring of study,

doing some push-ups is a good way to make the mascle of your arm be tight.

I also play table tennis ,basketball, tennis sometime just for fun.

it is good when you don't have to worry about your weight. you can eat as much as you want and do sports just for fun. i am curious about you playing football in the morning. i think several people are needed for this game.

OMG Surprise [:O] ! Is it a new kind of sport? Or do you mean that when you go shopping, you have to walk a lot?  Then, you'll be broke soon.Big Smile [:D] because you have to do it frequently.

In my opinion, the best sport to keep fit is body-building.

I believe that no fitness plan can be perfect for everyone, so you have to choose one according to your personal lifestyle, eating habits and preferences. Generally, those aiming to loose weight have to do 3-4 cardio workouts (running, biking, aerobics) a week, and each session should last 40 minutes or more. When doing a muscle training workout, don’t pick up heavy weights, do lots of repetitions with the light ones and keep it fast. Include lean protein and complex carbohydrates in your diet, try to abstain from eating heavy meals for 2 hours after your fitness routine and have something light like a fat free yogurt, banana or apple during the first post-workout hour – the energy you consume from easy to digest protein and carbohydrates goes right to the tired muscles.

it is true that shopping is a kind of sport for women. i was told that for women shopping twice or three times per week helps keeping fit. but you know, shopping for men means buying things in the right store. but it is quite different for women. i work from monday to friday. the weekends are my shopping days. i often spend the whole day on the streets. tring on dresses and shoes takes me most of the time. if i ave no time for shopping more than month, i wlll feel outdated. shopping with my girl pals is a big fun for me. anyway, who can resis fashion?

i am very curious about your professional comment on fitness. are you expert or something? no offense, is it your opinion or quotation?

It's but my own opinion, Vicky. However, it's based on the long-term experience, for being involved in dance aerobics and strength training for a considerable period of time, I am almost a fitness specialist. To prove my words, I am attaching a recent picture:

Sometimes I am minded to become a professional trainer, and what stops me is that I am pretty pleased with the current job =)
