1.It can be better said as a nighmare.
2.It can be
worse said as a nighmare.

What parts of speech are the words 'better' and 'worse' here?

Is the first one similar to" It can be good said as a nighmare."?

What about the second one?

Is that similar to "It can be badly said as a nighmare."?

Haah...I am quite confused...Please help me out!

Your sample sentences aren't quite right.  I wonder if you're getting confused with an expression like "it could best be called..." meaning "the best way to describe it is.."?

I've not heard "it can be better/worse/badly said" in standard BrE.

Sorry, that was a typo(Nightmare).

Yes, you are right. Perhaps I would have mistaken the words.
