Charges for services are billed as *** Company specifies which may be in advance, periodically during the performance of the service, or after the service is completed.

What does it mean by billing charges? Can someone elaborate on the usage of "bill"?

Much thanks in advance!

"Charges for services are billed" means an invoice will be sent and payment for services will be due.
