1.Is Business Administration a sub-division of Business? Or just another name for Business? What's the relationship between two?

2.Is there a sub-division of Business Administration related to Business Management software? Thanks!

I think various colleges and universities have their own vocabulary to describe programs of study. What one may call one thing, another may call something else. Business Information Systems is perhaps a subset - but it's a meaningless collection of words unless the university offers a concentration in it.

Spend some time at the Web sites for some major universities and see how they describe their business degrees. (Avoid the "business schools" because they specialize in the MBA, and I think you're talking about undergraduate degrees.

Good luck.
