I am wanting to invite a Credit Risk Manager to our organization to help correct some of our broken processes. Please help me correct my letter. p.s I love this website, just came across it today.

Here is my letter:

We would like to invite you to learn more about our organization and the issues that impact our Hispanic Market. While in our center you can visit with Team Leads and Director.
You will gain a clearer understanding of the opportunities that we are faced with each day. Giving you an insight on what our customers are faced with as a unique market.
We would also like to see your perspective coming from the Credit Management side of the house.
We are looking forward to working in partnership to provide a win/win solution for our customers, consultants, and company.
