Management replies predominantly on its ongoing review of the loan portfolio.

Can someone explain what this sentence mean? Thanks.

It sounds like the management is looking at its portfolio of loans, and reviewing them.

They are replying to someone, perhaps on the overall condition of the business, and the loan portfolio is of special concern or interest.

I am terribly sorry that I spelled a wrong word. It is "relies", not "replies". So, would you please explain it on emore time? Thanks.

Management relies predominantly on its ongoing review of the loan portfolio.

They are reviewing the loan portfolio. It's ongoing - they are doing it now.

They are relying on (depending on) this review for something - but without more context I have no idea what.
