I'm reading a document about geriatry and there are some phrases I don't understand. Please tell me about these phrases:

 - cable tensiometer

 - physical function test battery'( what does 'battery' mean, it is not the battery we use for radio or lamp, is it?)

 -  "up- and -go" test ( the author says it is a test item for agility and dynamic balance)

Thank you

 -  "up- and -go" test ( the author says it is a test item for agility and dynamic balance) "Get up and go test" = tests the person's ability to stand up from a chair, move around for a short period, sit down again,

Thank you
