Every Sunday I have been crying. Everybody help me!  I need your prayers.

Women who are forced into arranged duty roster. - this is not a complete sentence and your meaning is not clear - what about those women?

I asked my  manager -what did you ask her? - but she wouldn’t accept it. She always had seen like Buddhist way - not clear in meaning. She is a Buddhist?.

and then she said "you must be flexible in your worship time".

I don't understand her. Why don't you fight this with me?
