Please help me rephrase this sentence:

The mechanism, in which the activity of using a vehicle affects life of man and woman through air, includes 3 steps i.e.;  (1) emission, (2) diffusion, and (c) attainment.

Hi Firenice.   Welcome to the English Forums.

Are you talking about a real mechanism (a mechanical gadget) or are you using the term figuratively?

The use of vehicles impinges on the lives of men and women by effecting the air they breathe.  Our plan takes a three-step approach to dealing with this problem: (1) emission, (2) diffusion, and (3) attainment.

I'm really just guessing at what you're trying to say.

Best wishes,  - A.

Thank you very much Avangi for the quick reply.

Yor guess was correct..The term 'mechanism' was used figuratively. I was stuck with that sentence for quite some time, but your reply was quite helpful. Thanks once again!

“PR means telling the truth and working ethically - even when all the media want are headlines and all the public wants are scapegoats. Public relations fails when there is no integrity."

This sounds like a PR release for a PR CO.
