Can someone check the passage please? This text will be placed on the web page of the company, who offers free file storage for info exchange. I am not sure about the style and grammar:

Because The CompanyX service is free, easy-to-use, and popular, the number of people who uses it drastically increases day by day. The number of files, uploaded and downloaded by our users has increased as well and there appeared the necessity to put them to order.

To improve the Service at this point, the CompanyX has come up with a new option, called Web folders.

What are Web Folders?

You may create your own interactive folders and sub-folders on the server for better management of your files. Protect them with a password or make them public. Web folders give you more control over your uploaded files.

Do I need Web Folders?

If you are an active user of the CompanyX service, web folders can facilitate your file storage management and make it easy for your friends to browse through the files and download them.

How can I administrate my Web Folders?

To add or remove files in your non-public Web Folder, you need to create an administrator password. To limit external access to a Web Folder, you may create a folder password, which has lower privileges. Those users, who know a folder password can only browse through your files and download them.

Will CompanyX delete my folders?

We only delete the folders if people complain about illegal content. In other cases, you delete them yourself.

Can I start right now?

Sure. Enter your email address in the form above, assign an administrator password and a folder password in needed, and create your Web Folder. That’s it.

Thanks!!

Absolutey! Enter your email address in the form above, assign an administrator password (and a folder password, if needed), and create your Web Folder. That’s it.
