I submitted a manuscipt to a journal ( in elsevier). Current status showed ' editor invited', ' with editor' or ' Technical Check In Progress'. Who can tell me the meaning of these phrase?

 Rab;

The journal articles must be reviewed by an editor and a group of your peers to affirm its veracity and quality.

The editor is the first person (actually it is a editorial department) to review. So "editor invited" means that an editor has been selected to review your article, but he or she has not responded. "With editor" means that the editor is selected, has  accepted, and is currently reviewing it. "Technical check in progress" probably means that the editor has finished the review, but the article is in the peer review process..

Not in the habit of submitting manuscripts, I can only guess  -

editor invited   No one has yet read the MS, but eligible people are solicited to do so.

with editor   The MS is currently in the possession of an editor.

Technical Check In Progress  The MS is being edited for factual accuracy,  OR  the grammar, punctuation, spelling etc. are being checked.

Edit.  A. S.'s reply seems more authoritative:  eg, "reviewed for factual accuracy" would be better than "edited for factual accuracy," etc.

It sounds like the editors are currently deciding whether or not to publish it.
