In this title: "On the Local Nature of Modern Moral Skepticism", should I write "The"?

no need to capitailze " the "  because it is not the first word in that title.

Hi guys,

I'd prefer to see everything capitalized in this title.

"On The Local Nature Of Modern Moral Skepticism".

It's certainly more pleasing to the eye, and less fussy.
