carry on/hold on/keep on/go on

I feel a bit tired. However, I can hold on/carry on/go on/keep on.

 

All of the underlined phrases work fine in the above to me, but are there marginal differences in meanings? Thanks.

Hold on is different:  it means 'endure, maintain; wait' (remain static).  The other three mean 'continue' (progress).
