I was so impatient waiting for the cashier.

I was waiting impaitently for the cahsier.

which one is correct ? or neither ?

Both fine, IMO, after the typos are corrected as in the above.

The first one is a bit informal, as a result of "so". It may use an exclamation sign at the end, but that would be a matter of preference and context.
