In your first example you have used the past participle «cleaned». In your third example you have used the third person singular «prepares». That is why they are incorrect.

Instead you must use the bare form of the infinitive. Here are some examples. I have underlined the infinitive.

1. She made me answer the question.
2. She let me kiss her.
3. She had me mend her shoes.
