Additional note:
In the UK, "mobile" is much more common than "cell phone", e.g.
1. Does she have her mobile with her?
To distinguish between your various numbers, you might say e.g.
2. Why don't you call me on my home number?
3. Call me at home tonight.
4. I'll call you from home tonight.
("Landline" would suggest any non-mobile phone; not necessarily your home number.)
