METHODOLOGY Firstly I conducted an interview with Dr. Jack Daniels*, a local dentist, who agreed to participate. The interview was conducted in order to create a structure for the research as to what would be the most common issues encountered within the dentistry field. The sample questionnaire for the interview has been attached to the appendix page. With the help of the interview I was able to narrow down to two major challenges within the dentistry field. I did further research to find information from various databases and organizational websites if that were the case with other dentists too. I also managed to find statistical information regarding trends in liability claims. Lastly I focused on the two most important issues in the field and provided recommendations on how to improve.
