	Mskris  [More info] I need help to write a character reference letter to Judge for my niece. She was on parole and violated it. She back in jail awaiting her sentencing. She was out on parole and got mixed up with drugs again and did not co-0perate with the system as she was ordered to do. She has been offered a chance to go to a rehab center and needs to convience the judge she can make it out on parole in this rehab center.  I don't feel that being incarsirated back in prison is the answer for this woman of 35 years old. She has 3 children . She needs more help then the punishment of going back to prison where she does not get the rehab services she needs. Please help me with the letter I need. I was told by her to just start the the with: "To whom it may concern." Her probation officer reqested letters from family members. Thank you Mskris Joined on Sat, Sep 17 2005 New Member 02

	+1 Robyn Terri  [More info] Mskris What can you say about your neice that will make the judge think she will give it a go this time? Is she a good mum? Does she have a close relationship with her kids? Will she get love and support from her family? Is there anything you can say about her to show that rehab will work for her?
