Well without knowing any further details, they are all adequate in this example. 'Complex' and 'complicated' are similar, so it isn't necessary to have both. So my choice would be to rearrange it to....

The XY architectural collection specialises in a combination of a pure, pronounced look with complex details.

It's about watches.

I later found out that details can be ''elaborate'' or ''intricate''. And that collection can ''feature architecture'', and that the look is ''clean, bold look'', although I have found pronounced, too.
