Unless, of course, you slip up and write the full name into the script. I only do it for comedies. I have one character named "Charlotte Webb." And years ago, on IRC, two of the main "handles" I used were Sarah Bellum and Phyllis Steen. Then somebody caught onto Sarah Bellum, and suddenly I couldn't use it anymore because a bunch of people stole it! Here are some of my other favorites, some of which I stole from The Car Guys.
