I searched on the Internet and found both "charitable fund" and "charity fund".Are both corrdct? If yes, is there any difference? Thanks a lot.

I'd consider "charity fund" casual.

Since there are tax considerations involved with "charitable funds," it's also a legal definition, and I believe it must be used carefully on any advertisements.
