Could you please check my letter?
Every suggestion will be welcomed.
Thank you very much in advance.

" We are very pleased with the promotional event which you are organizing in the next weeks. Nevertheless we had rather following the regulations in force that prescribe that before starting and using the machine, the operator must have received all preliminary instructions about the corrct operation and a copy of the use and maintenance manual.
We would therefore appreciate to receive a visit from you very soon just to provide you with all the information concerning the Gapo and to give you a copy of the manual. At the same time we could start talks about a possible deal for *** (product's name) distribution in U.K."

Anon: Here is a suggestion for a few minor changes.

We are very pleased with the promotional event which you are organizing in the next weeks. In preparation for the event, we would like to remind you of our regulations regarding the personnel who will be demonstrating or operating the machine.  All operators must receive a copy of the use and maintenance manual, and have some preliminary training in advance.
We would request that you visit us in the near future so that we can provide you with all the information concerning the Gapo and give you a copy (copies?) of the manual. At the same time we could start talks about a possible deal for *** (product's name) distribution in U.K.
