Education

2005-2006

+++++++++++++            London, UK

MSc in Chemical Process Engineering

My degree has dealt with the optimization and control of process in the chemical engineering to meet the requirement of global competition, rapidly changing economic conditions, and more stringent environmental and safety regulations with highly mathematical analysis and tools, besides understanding in depth process engineering, fluid particle systems and safety and loss prevention as well as computer modeling and simulation. The option was project management.

In the research project I studied metabolic pathways and tried to explore the robustness of hepatocyte metabolic network with linear programming under GAMS environment. I surveyed literature via internet databases, analyzed around 100 results using computing and statistical techniques and wrote a 60-page report with a viva.

1999-2003

++++++ University

BSc in Chemistry (GPA: 2.5/4.0)

My study in chemistry focused on how to explore the nature of the substance and find the common rules under changing conditions so as to apply them to make a difference. The options included issues such as accounting, microeconomics, law, philosophy and social researches about economic policy in western China.

The thesis discussed the dynamics of small molecules reactions such as CuCS and Cu(CS)2 by comparing the theoretical computational results with experimental spectra data analysis. I analyzed, compiled results by using mathematical tools and software and wrote a 40-page report with a viva.
